    This used to work perfectly until this update, now you have to waste your time adding pointless info. Thanks to jetpack for wordpress, you don't need this anyway.

    Twitter requires everybody to use a new version of their API, and they will turn off the old one. This means that all Twitter widgets, including Jetpackā€™s, will have to use authentication.

    While I understand your frustration, I hate that we got a 1 star rating out of this. The problem is actually because Twitter Changed their API to require authentication.

    Jetpack has a distinct advantage of being able to funnel everything through WordPress.com, which has a special relationship with Twitter to allow for slightly different usage. I'm glad that you found something you like, but I don't think this warrants a poor review like that.
