  • I BOUGHT the Gold Cart and FedEx Plugin and have both installed at The cart works, but the FedEx module didn’t calculate shipping. I had opened several community forum topics, only to have them marked as spam, and had requested Premium one on one support using the API key for the Gold Cart I purchased. I have also used the CONTACT FORM at which is where said the FedEx module is developed/supported. I even offered to pay more money either to or to Greg at to fix the problem. This sent on for over a month with no reply from either site. I finally got in touch with Justin Sainton, one of the consultants recommended on He replied to my request within five minutes and completely fixed my problem. This was once a one-star review, but I have since upgraded it to a four-star, since both plugins work great and Justin was awesome. I’m holding one star back because I think should not sell the FedEx plugin on their site until it is completely compatible with the newest version of WPEC.
