  • Installed fine and was pushing product info but no images. Chat support instantly passed the buck and sent me on a wild goose chase to contact hosting because “it’s most likely a server issue”. Wow.

    No accountability and no help.

    We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing some trouble with the product push and displaying product images.

    Could you please check if you can locate the mockups we pushed when you click on a product on WooCommerce’s side, under the product media section? If they’re there, you can try assigning them manually to your listing.

    This issue usually is caused by something interfering on the store side, for example, some plugins. You can try disabling all plugins to see if the issue persists or reaching out to your hosting provider for additional details, as they would have access to your store details and info.
