Support » Plugin: NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster » Don't bother – revised

  • Looks great, but find a different plugin if the free version doesn’t work. Support is non existent. Requests are not answered.

I want to change my earlier review, in which I rated this plugin 1 star. After a lot of work on my end I got it working, and it works pretty good. The documentation is elaborate, however, support is lacking. But to rate it one star is not fair. for the quality of the plugin, I rate it four stars. If they work on better support I’m happy to give them the missing 2 stars.

    Thank for your review.

    Right here:

55 pages at 30 topics per page = 1650 answered and resolved issues from “non existent” support.

I asked for PAID support on Thursday. Not a single reply until I posted this review on Tuesday. I contacted a different developer, who replied immediately. Needless to say I bought his extension instead of yours.

I cannot vouch for the other 55 pages and 30 topics. I can only review my experiences with your plugin and your service (or rather the lack of it).

My recommendation is to look for a different developer if you need paid support. You just confirmed why.

If I had only read reviews like this before purchasing I could have saved me some of my hard earned money! 🙁 I wonder why such a callous attitude from the developer towards his paying customers.

I’ll have to be honest, and revise my first impression. I’m rating it now 4 stars, not 1 star. Why the change? Because this plugin does almost what I want, and my anger at the publisher for lack of communication. Not because the plugin was lacking.

Read the manual carefully, the documentation is extensive. After a lot of problems (nothing to do with this plugin) and trying many others, I really recommend this one.
