Hello I’m using your plugin for Facebook catalog and it’s working well.

Now I updated some products in particular Title and Image, but when I regenerate the Feed doesnt change nothing in feed, so dont update.

I’m using WP Rocket for your information and I tried to clear cache and after update Feed but nothing.

I tried to create e new feed and it work (report the correct changes), so there is an update problem.

    Where i can look ?

    Hi @piero62

    Thanks for reaching us.

So far, I understand that your feed data is not changing even after you are regenerating the feed, which clearly indicates that any caching tool is caching your old feed. It could be any caching plugin or any server caching tool. However, if it’s wp-rocket, then you need to exclude the plugin directory from the caching plugin, and here you can find the instructions on how to exclude it – https://webappick.com/docs/ctx-feed/faqs/how-to-solve-feed-configuration-not-updating-issue/
Also, make sure no server caching tool is caching the feeds.

Please, follow the above documentation and let us know if it helped you to get the updated data on the feed.

    Best regards,

    Dear Badal,

I excluded the feed files from wp Roket Caching and it works, but when I check changes I need to clear browser (google chrome) navigation data to see the reflected changes, it is normal ?

    Hi @piero62

Yes, it’s normal for a browser to cache a file/url. To avoid seeing cached file, you need to refresh the browser each time you are opening a updated feed.

    Thank you,

    Ok thankyou,

but really this is not important as the facebook crawler will have the right version.

I have last question, on feed I’m using “rounded price” option, but it round at last digit, I need to round to the last two digit (at fifty, 50), have you a hook or filter or snippet that I can use to do it?

    Thank you

    Piercarlo
