# Donation Receipt problems

 * I am testing a form at [http://www.thelittledoglaughed.org/donations/donate-now/](http://www.thelittledoglaughed.org/donations/donate-now/)
 * 1. After making a successful donation (test mode off, PayPal) on returning to
   my site the receipt page gives the error message “Sorry, you are missing the 
   payment key to view this donation receipt.”
 * The donation email confirmation email is arriving, and when I click the View 
   it in your browser link the parameters in the link show me that it DOES have

 * If you attempted to view the Donation Receipt in a different browser than you
   originally made the purchase, or on a different machine then you will not be 
   able to see the Donation Receipt page correctly.
 * Further, caching can create problems with the Donation Receipt page. Make sure
   that whatever caching you might be using — either with a plugin or your server—
   is ignoring that page fully.
