    I am not receiving donation receipt emails and neither is the donator – even after I marked the donation as paid. I’ve checked my spam folders and successfully received a password reset email through WP. Thanks.

    Are the emails activated if you go to Charitable > Settings > Emails?

    I appreciate the reply.
    Yes, all the emails are enabled and the donation logs are showing that an email was successfully sent, but no emails are making it to inboxes for the admin or donator.

    Hi Eric,

    Hmm, that’s odd, particularly if other emails are going out as expected.

    To troubleshoot this, I would suggest setting up a transactional email service like Mailgun to see what is happening to these emails. I suggest Mailgun since it’s free in most cases, but there are other options as well.

    What this will give you is a more detailed view into what emails are getting sent and which are getting delivered/opened.

    I changed the ‘from’ email to noreply@website.org and that fixed it.
