I am having trouble with your plugin. I setup the plug and configured the donate button, but it goes to a page that does not exist. Can you help me trouble shoot this issue.

Welcome to the GiveWP family! I am seeing a donation form at http://1421foundation.org/index.php/donate/

The “index.php” in the URL usually indicates that it’s being added by the permalink settings at Settings > Permalinks.

What URL are you having trouble accessing?

One thing to note is that it’s recommended to set up and configure SSL for any site that is accepting donations.
