    After I enter all the credit card information it just reloads the page. It never takes me to “Donation Confirmation”.
    The transaction doesn’t appear on “Transactions” either.

    I just deactivated the test mode since we just launched the website.

    The donation confirmation page is set with the [give_receipt] shortcode so I dont know whats going on.

    I also purchased the Authorize.net Addon and activated everything.

    Please help

    Since you have purchased the Authorize.net Addon, would you mind submitting this ticket at our premium forum: https://givewp.com/support/forum/add-ons/authorize-net-gateway/

    But I’ll say immediately just a couple things:
    1) You absolutely need to force SSL on that page for your transactions to be secure. Talk with your host about doing that.
    2) If you’re not seeing the transaction, that means it’s not getting completed so the problem is more with the Authorize transaction than the confirmation page. Make sure you review the setup process for Authorize.net in detail: https://givewp.com/documentation/add-ons/authorize-net-gateway/

    1. I will contact the hosting for the SSL but the donations should still go through in the meantime
    2. All the Authorize.net configuration was properly setup with APIs and everything so I’m not sure what else to do.

    I tried to submit a ticket but there’s an error when I try to login and retrieve my password. I already sent a contact e-mail about the issue and haven’t received any replies…
