# Donation

 * I have a problem with my givewp plugin. When I click “donation” at my dashboard
   to see donation list it will take time to go to that page then it will turn out:
 * “‘Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration
   and was unable to complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator at [webmaster@amanpalestin.co](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/donation-17/webmaster@amanpalestin.co?output_format=md)
   to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed
   just before this error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.'”
 * May I know how you overcome this matter? Thank You.`

 * Glad you reached out, I can help get to the bottom of that error.
 * The message you are seeing indicates that you have an error happening, and that
   you’ll need to check your server logs to find the details about that error.
 * If you don’t know where to find the error logs on the server you can contact 
   your hosting provider, and they will be able to point you in the right direction
   to find them, or send them right along to you. The logs will help us understand
   the issue.
 * Once you have a detailed error code, you can copy/paste that right here and we’ll
   be able to give things a look.
