Did this use to work, and it’s not working now after updating to 4.x? Or, are you using GiveWP for the first time with the Breakdance Builder?

Sorry for the slow turnaround time here!
Your system info is missing a section that lists your other plugins installed, which we would normally check for possible known plugin conflicts. However, I suspect it might be a theme conflict since the issue is only happening on the pop-up donation forms correct?
To rule out a theme conflict, I would suggest to see if you can briefly activate another theme template that has pop-up capability and see if you get the same results.
Another issue might be caching. As a temporary test, disable caching completely (clearing cache is not the same as disabling it, or making changes to the settings) from your Hostinger web host account and see if the same issue applies.
