Donate Button Not Loading to Paypal Payment Page?

Hi, we need help with the plugin. Its not loading the paypal payment on the donation form.

It just lags when I click donate, after filling everything out on the form.

Everything is setup properly in the backend as well.

Not sure what this issue is exactly?
