I am truly sorry about this. I am sure you have seen this in the Auto Reply, but currently I am a bit overloaded. I am trying my best, but it’s currently very difficult. As you know, in life, things happen all of them at the same time.
Also, I always refund people when they ask, so that’s not a problem, they can buy Pro if they want to try it. That said, reviews and discussions can’t be about the Pro Version here (not authorized per WordPress Forums rules).
There is no indifference at all, trust me – I am trying my best, and you if you look a bit around on what I do, you’ll see that. I don’t have the power of huge plugins or services out which have the luxury of having dedicated team. I do everything myself.
