[Resolved] Domain URL display with subdirectory

  • Hi, I’m hoping this is something easy.

I have just installed the Domain Mapping plugin and it is working properly.

sitea.mysite.com is my primary and loads perfectly.
sitea.mysite.com/siteb is a new site, and is mapped to siteb.mysite.com which loads properly

The problem is that when you go to siteb.mysite.com instead of the URL in the address bar saying siteb.mysite.com, it says sitea.mysite.com/siteb

    What am I missing?

Set siteb.mysite.com to be the primary domain.

    Thanks Ron, that did it.

To my mind, the “primary” domain would have been some sort of default for the Network, so I avoided it.

So – in fact it means “Hang onto this domain” in the URL?

Is there documentation I can look at for that?
