I have attempted to contact wordpress on multiple occasions WITHOUT RESPONSE and I’m getting MAD to say the least!

I need to transfer a domain from wordpress to another hosting company for a client and I’m not able to do so (for whatever reason it is).

HOW DO I GET TO SPEAK WITH A LIVE HUMAN BEING TO OBTAIN A TRANSER AUTHORIZATION CODE?!!!

wordpress.ORG does not host sites or domains.

Is your site at wordpress.COM?

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.org/support/article/wordpress-vs-wordpress-com/

https://en.support.wordpress.com/ – this is the same site I sent multiple emails to without response – no help here either.

Give them some time.

Unfortunately, we here cannot do much because we here have no control over wordpress.COM support.
