Hi guys, I work for Sucuri and posting on behalf of a client of ours that is using our passthrough firewall.

I’ve read the documentation and the recent post on here about the ajax issue but none of those seem to apply to the situation our client is having.

The /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php file is accessible through our firewall and returns a 200 status when visiting. Looking at our firewall access logs for the domain, I’m not able to find anything that stands out that looks like we are blocking the plugin.

There is also nothing in the root .htaccess file causing any blocks and no .htaccess file exists in the /wp-admin directory to be blocking the file. File permissions for /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php are set to 644 on the server.

With that said, what exactly is the plugin trying to do that triggers this error to show up in the dashboard?
