domain name setting change

    My site was working fine. I have two domains and I changed WordPress address (URL) and Site address (URL) under settings-general. It didn’t work. It keeps redirecting me to the bad domain I put in.
    And now I can’t change it back.
    Where are these names stored to fix it?
    I can edit pages via dreamweaver.
    Help!!
