    I’m afraid you can’t change the email address used to send out the emails. Jetpack’s Subscription emails have always be sent from WordPress.com servers, so you don’t have to worry about deliverability issues.

    The Sender Name, however, can be customized. It uses your site’s title, so you can go to Settings > General in your dashboard to change the name of the sender.
