Hi Support, I am getting a broken domain URL in the header of my emails and it’s causing spam issues. The domain is http://www.freejobs.com.au but as you can see below when it breaks and becomes www . freejobs . co

It does not occur all the time, just on some occasions (maybe every few days). We have gone over the code and cannot see an issue anywhere? Could you please assist?

    Hello @coralcreative,

we have never before had this error occur. What kind of mail server are you using? Have you set a custom sender? Do you use any other plugins related to e-mails?
Have you tried using a SMTP plugin such as “Postman”?

    Best regards
    Julian

Hi Julian, I am using Easy WP SMTP plugin connected to my email SMTP and I have checked all its settings as well and there are no issues? Any other suggestions?

    Hello @coralcreative,

we have had some reports with issues concerning Easy WP SMTP, but not what you described here.

Could you maybe try the plugin “Postman“, then go to the advanced tab, activate test mode (caution, will redirect all e-mails) and also activate debug mode, this will also send a txt file with information related to the e-mail sent.

If the error occurs again, you can then send us the debug file to support@codemiq.com.

    Best regards

As you have found the cause of the issue, which is the plugin “WooCommerce Advanced Notifications”, I will mark this thread as resolved.

Hi Julian, sorry you must be replying to the wrong thread. I do not have WooCommerce Advanced Notifications. I uninstalled your plugin and replaced it with another Email Template PLugin to test and it’s working fine at present. Thanks for your help, appreciate it.

    Hello @coralcreative,

I’m sorry, I must have related this thread to the wrong e-mail that we have received regarding Advanced Notifications.

Without actually having access to the site, the only other thing that comes to mind in relation to our plugin is to check if all sender addresses are set correctly.
I regret that I couldn’t be of more help.

    Best regards
    Julian
