I see in the video how affiliates have their own links they can add to their own site.

    What I don’t see:
Is it possible for the affiliate to enter their domain name and then anything coming from that domain name counts as their link?

*Obviously security has to be added so the affiliate can prove they own the site they are adding so they don’t add facebook, twitter, etc..

I’ve seen the ‘big boys’ do this no problem, but I have yet to see a WordPress affiliates plugin that does this. Does yours?

If so, where do I set that?

If not, is it on the horizon, being planned for etc? e.t.a?

This isn’t really something the Affiliates plugin or the integration plugin would do, it’s rather a question of how you would handle incoming links from the affiliate’s site on the site that runs the affiliate program.

One solution to what you propose would be to automatically add the affiliate parameter & ID to all links pointing to the site running the affiliate program. That can be achieved with a filter on the_content.
