  • Hi Ron.

    Good plugin you got here. I just have a challenge and here’s a scenario.

    I have a network install and lets call it:

    I install a wildcard ssl certificate and configure it properly with my host.

    I create a sub-site called:

    I set up domain mapping using your wonderful plugin.

    I install WooCommerce plugin to and then go ahead to map it to a custom domain called and its resolves well except that i cannot find any products i added to WooCommerce when i go to But when I switch back the primary domain to and visit I find my products there.

    I really do not know what might be the cause of this. Is it because I don’t have an ssl cert installed on

    I would love a solution that wouldn’t require me to install ssl certs to each and every sub-sites in my network. Please kindly help, I really don’t know what to do anymore.

  • So i allowed an exception for the ssl error that happens when i type in and my products are available. But I cannot afford the painful process of obtaining ssl certs for each of the custom domains as they are too many.

    Sorry, I’m not familiar with woocommerce so I’m not sure why you can’t find the product on the mapped domain.

    Woocommerce doesn’t support Multi-site, only on the version 2.2 that is still to come. Although, it works on MU intalations with some drawbacks.
