Domain Mapping Configuration - IP change does not save but reverts to old IP (2 posts)

We've moved our multiple website WordPress installation to a new server and since the move all multisites are showing a 404 error.

I go into the plugin area in admin and it doesn't let me change the IP address - when I enter the new one and click save, it simply reverts to the old one.

    Can anyone please help?

    Thank you.

The IP address field is only for reference on the User domain mapping tool page. It does not in any way affect the function of the plugin.

    Install the development version.

If you are getting a default control panel page (ex. cPanel) then you will have to contact your hosting support to see about your configuration.

If you are getting a WP 404 on the main site then go through the installation instructions and verify that you have all the files in the correct places & the wp-config.php has the correct edits.
