 * I have moved my blog to a different domain and I don’t have access to my old 
   domain so I can’t change the address in options>general. Is there a way to change
   it in phpadmin?

 * Access the database using PhpMyAdmin or whatever.
 * Look into ***tablename_options** for **siteurl** and/or **home**. Edit accordingly.
 * ‘tablename’ usually is ‘wp’.
