Domain authentication not working

    Domain authentication for sending emails is not working. When I check MX Toolbox I see that all records are active, even for a while now. And still the domain authentication is giving an error for a record that is already deleted a couple of hours ago. The other TXT record was almost immediately approved, only the _mailpoet TXT won’t recognize the new record.

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems with our plugin.

    If you could share your site’s domain we would be able to check your DNS records from our end and we would be able to point you in the right direction.
