Dollar sign in title or description

    Hello. This is a great plugin, and it is working perfectly, for me, except for one very important thing. It strips out dollar signs and the numbers directly following the dollar sign, from the title and description. For instance, if I put $16.99 in the title, the slideshow displays .99. Is there a plan to fix this in the very near future, or is there a workaround?

    In case there is no other workaround, I’ve noticed that, for me, it works fine when inserting a slideshow via php code or a widget. The dollar signs are only stripped when using a shortcode. It still would be nice to be able to use a shortcode.

    Hi thank you for reporting this issue. The plugin developer will investigate further your finding.

    However can you carry out a test. I just want to know if when using the shortcode another plugin is causing this issue in your site. Can you disable all your other plugins except this one and test the shortcode again.

    Hi mbr! Thanks for responding. Yes, it behaves this way when it is the only plugin installed (this was the case when I first noticed the issue), or activated (I re-tested this).
