# Dokan wrong balances

 * Dokan misses lots of features, which I’m trying to complete with custom plugins,
   but it still displays wrong totals for number of sales, gains, earnings, completed
   orders, processing in loops, etc.

 * The statistics displayed on the vendor dashboard are pulled from **WooCommerce
   Analytics**. To help identify where the discrepancy is coming from, could you
   please check the analytics data in **WP Admin → WooCommerce → Analytics** and
   filter the reports for the vendor whose dashboard is showing incorrect values?
 * If the data is also incorrect there, please try the following:
    - Go to **WP Admin → WooCommerce → Analytics → Settings** and import the historical
      order data.
    - Once the importing is done, navigate to **WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status 
      → Tools** and clear the WooCommerce Analytics cache.
 * Next, please check the vendor dashboard again.
 * If the issue still persists, could you share more details about the discrepancies
   you’re seeing? Screenshots showing the incorrect values on both the vendor dashboard
   and the WooCommerce Analytics page would be helpful.
