I just noticed – that it is possible to set opening and closing time and to save it. After navigating to other setup pages and returning to this page again – opening and closing time settings are not saved. Shop status is closed again.
Tried to set up a time many times. After saving is ok. After browsing another setting page and returning store opening status is closed.
Any idea?
Hi, @titice
Hope you are doing well.
Please make sure that you have selected your business days properly . Otherwise the store will always look closed. Please follow the below steps to solve your problem.
Kindly navigate to the vendor dashboard -> Settings -> Choose business days(select your business days as per your choice) and then select your store opening time and closing time -> update settings.
I hope it will help you.
Thank you.

Hi @titice
Please make sure your local time and your site’s time zone are aligned. I am referring to this setting of your WordPress admin panel’s Settings > General
section. The store open-close depends on the timezone of your site settings and not the time on your device that you are browsing from.
If your Dokan vendor settings are not being saved, then this may happen because of a conflict on your site. Please have a look if you are using any plugin that is modifying the TinyMCE
editor because that can be a probable reason.
