    Hello,

    I imported my csv product file using dokan import,
    and my categories are not well imported..

    Instead of “Bev, Bev > 3Crown”
    my products goes to “Uncategorized”

    I don’t know why,
    can someone help me with this?

  • If they go into Uncategorised it means that the category you typed into the csv file for importing doesn’t match the category you created.
    It’s usually a typo.
    Correct it in the csv file but when you import it remember to check the sku already exists or you’ll end up with duplicate products

    Hi @elyang2693,

    witchystitchy is correct đŸ™‚ To add: if you are curious about what WooCommerce is supposed to ‘see’ with the categories, create one and a product as a test on the site, and export that. See what columns show up and match that on your import CSV. Also reach out to Dokan, they should be able to assist.

    I have tested one or two products and checked all the categories and what i input in my csv but still I got same errors..
