# Doesn't work….at all…

 * First, there is no reason to have it be a two step process…create, then view.
   Should just be a single button to view/print. Next, it just didn’t work, at all.
   When I clicked on the button to view, all I got was a screen for of gibberish
   characters.

 * Hi Kahil, there are two buttons just because vendors can create invoices without
   being forced to display them each time one is created.

 * That vendor reason still makes zero sense. Regardless if you are a vendor or 
   admin, you just need the one button…to view/print. It doesn’t make sense to have
   it generated and do nothing. It should automatically be available on the customer’s
   account page and generate on demand. I’m assuming the one just generates a copy
   on the server? If not…then what’s the point of generating it if you aren’t going
   to do anything with it…like view or print it? That just clutters up your server
   space for no reason. If they are generated on demand, then that accounts for 
   changes made later, like refunds, partial refunds, etc. It takes nothing to do
   that.
 * If you wanna have two buttons, then it makes more sense to have one that downloads
   the pdf and one to view/print.

    we checked the current
   release of YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoices and the invoice and shipping list documents
   are generated as expected.
 * Could you turn on DEBUG (add “define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );” to your wp-config.
   php file as explained [ here](http://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG) and send us
   any error message you get ?

 * Thank you for your remark. We totally understand your needs, maybe in the next
   updates we will add an option that allows you to switch between a single button
   mode and two button mode.
 * I would appreciate if you could give me some feedback about the problem you reported
