What you’re likely experiencing is a conflict caused by another plugin or theme customization on your site. These situations can happen, but they’re not an issue with the core functionality of the plugin. I always recommend a simple troubleshooting process in such cases:
• Temporarily deactivate other plugins
• Switch to a default WordPress theme
• Test again with a clean text block
The plugin does not remove content, that behavior is symptomatic of a script or styling conflict from another source.
