Doesn’t work with SSL

Hi there,
I love this plugin, but seems it serves insecure content when using an SSL. Seems that adding pics to the toolbar means that a http:// link gets served on the front end whenever the admin bar is displayed (back end too). For now, I’ve had to disable on all my sites with SSL, so would love if you could look into this? Perhaps not using absolute links when adding custom favicons, etc? Then it should work regardless of http or https 🙂
