 * Unable to run phpcs –version with detected PHP binary appears in the system check
   so it can’t be used.

   and 8.2 WP: 7.0

   I was able to recreate the issue on a similar
   macOS environment and I fixed this on the [version 1.1.3 of the plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/eli-php-compatibility-scanner/).
   You may go ahead an update the plugin from within your WP installation and try
   again, let me know if this is also resolved on your end.Note that wordpress.org
   might take up to 24 hours to propagate a plugin update, so you might not see 
   version 1.1.3 available yet.
