Doesn’t work with FireFox

I installed the pugin and first problem was inactive “connect” button. Support said, I can still use the account to customize website. However, the “sharing buttons” (the thing why I wanted to have this plugin) appear only on my phone or in chrome. I tried 3 different computers to open my website and see how the plugin works. If I used FireFox, the buttons never appear.
