Doesn't work with Celestial – Lite

I have the SEO by Yoast on several sites and it works fine on all of them, except one with the Celestial Lite theme. I approached them with the problem but they seem to think it’s problem with Yoast.
The thing is, the plugin is there, it’s even visible on a post page, but only as headers, I can’t do anything with it, it doesn’t react to anything when I click. Uninstalled and reinstalled it, but no change. Any ideas..?
