Doesn’t work with caching plugins (e.g. WP Rocket)

I hope you’re well.
First of all, thank you for this amazing plugin that saved me hours work.
It was working perfectly fine on our staging as we have caching (WP Rocket) disabled but doesn’t add anything to the mini basket on the production website. It loads, opens the mini basket but doesn’t add anything in it.
The same happens with other caching plugins we tested, e.g. Breeze.
Can you please advise?
Maybe there are some specific cookies we can set to ignore, etc?

The website is hosted with Cloudways, Varnish is OFF.
Yes, we tried multiple suggested options for the best practices.
We use multiple other AJAX plugins that do work fine as well as a previous AJAX add to cart plugin (which worked with caching but didn’t work with WooCommerce bundles).
We first thought that the issue might be with JS minification and grouping but it also doesn’t work with these (and every other option) completely turned off.
It stops working only when caching is ON (WP Rocket activated and it stops, disabled and it’s working just fine, no JS or other related issues).
