 * I activated this plugin, but can’t see the control panel. I guess, it it not 
   compatible with WP 3.6.1…

 * I upgraded to WP 3.6.1 today and found the widget does not work.
    “Sorry no actual
   weather data available” when using the shortcode to empage in my page.
 * Is it compatible or is there another issue?

 * I skipped upgrading to 3.6.0. Went from 3.5.x to 3.6.1.
