• This was a great plugin. Unfortunately it doesn’t work for me since the upgrade.

    The flyout appears immediately upon page load — and on the opposite (left) side of the page. After scrolling down to, it switches over to the right, where it should be.

    Looking forward to an upgrade.

    BTW, I did donate a while ago.

    You are the second person, who has a problem after upgrading WP, but in both cases it might be not related to upPrev itself. I’ve just made an upgrade of my wordpress website, and everything seems to be ok.

    I guess the problem might be related to your currently used theme, or any other plugin, and this is what can be the cause of an issue.

    First note, because I weren’t able to check this earlier – I’m not sure where did you send donation, but for sure it wasn’t sent to me, which is the only source mentioned by the “Donate to this plugin” link). Mostly I don’t need to hear anything like that to check an issue. Everything depends do I have enough time to resolve particular thing.

    But I don’t like to be cheated.

    Second note.. 10 minutes is really short amount of time, especially if you don’t have someone available via chat. No one gonna wait every single minute in front of his/her computer, because you may suddenly answer on the message. This is not the phone, but a forum.

    But I was lucky and I’ve managed to get a brief look at this. But nothing has changed.. the problem is related to some other plugin or theme.

    This is where it starts – check the source code of your page, line 21: you can find accidentally opened comment tag <!–, but it’s missing the closing one –>. If you manage to close this correctly everything will start to work.

    My apologies. I really thought I did donate. I searched my paypal and found no record. So I made one now.
