sorry it was a frustrating start.
A couple of options for getting in touch, for you and anyone reading:
1. As the moderator above noted, free support is on the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-jetpack/
2. We also have a contact page at https://booster.io/contact-us/ that’s open to anyone, including free users and pre-sales questions. No account or purchase required.
We’ve been part of the WordPress and WooCommerce ecosystem for over 11 years and have always made it straightforward to reach us, so the contact concern genuinely surprised us.
If you’d like a hand troubleshooting, share the module you were using and what you saw, and we’ll take a look.
I used ChatGPT to figure out what i needed, which was a simple code snippet, no plugin required.
