    The plugin has a lot of features shown off in the lite version. Trying to give an impression of what the bought plugin is capable of doing but at the same time annoying the lite user who’ll definately not purchase it in its current condition.

    Settings are just a maze, you’re looking for that one thing and have to go off all settings just to see everything greyed out.

    Setting a time slot for each day of the week, results in seeing a new customer being able to make an appointment from 0:00-0:00.

    It just doesn’t work the way you expect it to and frustrates the hell out of you, a big no from me.

    Thank you for your feedback.

    The primary function of the Lite version of the plugin is to provide users with basic features so they can test out the main function of the plugin before purchase – booking. Enabling all settings for the lite version would make Amelia a free plugin, which it is not.

    We have demo sites with both front-end and back-end demos available for the full version of the plugin, so you do have an option to play around with all settings before purchasing the plugin.

    The reason why you can see appointments from 0:00 – 0:00 is that you have “Allow admin to book appointment at any time” enabled in Settings/Roles/Admin, and you were looking at the form while still logged in as an administrator.

    All the settings you weren’t able to understand or work with will gladly be explained to you by our support agents if you would kindly reach out to us.
