Doesn’t work since yesterday

    The plugin still works on the rest of my sites, but not on MexicanRoutes.
    I updated the version and also updated the PHP, but the plugin doesn’t work.

    Can you check if the issue is caused by your optimization tool, by temporarily disabling autoptimize?

    Hi,

    I deactivated a few optimization plugins but nothing happened.
    I visited the website from another browser, using a VPN, and nothing.
    All plugins I use – trusted plugins I use for at least 2-3 years.
    I didn’t update anything, I didn’t install anything yesterday before it stopped working.
    I updated all plugins and PHP just today.

    Oops, it suddenly worked…
    I’ll activate the plugins one by one and see which one was the problem..
    But that’s weird because I disabled all updates and all my plugins previously were compatible with Burst

    What exactly do you mean with “does not work”? Is it the back-end that is not loading, or is it loading, but showing a visit count of zero? If the back-end is the issue, can you try logging in to your website using a different browser?

    Only now read your previous post, but glad to hear it’s now working. It might be caused by caching in your browser.

    Yesterday suddenly it stopped counting visits.
    I waited 24 hours and updated the plugin and PHP.
    But the plugin continued showing ZERO visits.
    I deactivated 2 optimization plugins and it seems it started working.
    I see 2 visits, but at this time, I usually have no traffic, so I better keep plugins deactivated and check the site in 3-4 hours.
    I see you via Wordfence live traffic, and Burst registered 2 visits – me and you.

    I will activate 1 by 1 both optimization plugins to see which one is the problem.
    I’ll check it again in a few hours when there’s traffic because most of the traffic is coming from the US and Mexico – and they’re just waking up now,

    I think whitelisting the burst.min.js script from the optimization plugins should resolve the issue.
