Doesn't work properly with WPTouch?

I absolutely LOVE this plugin, but it doesn’t seem to work properly with WPTouch.

Specifically, posts and pages don’t show up when sorted by category when I’m using WPTouch.

Categories will display neither pages nor posts, just an empty category page.

Tags do the same thing.

I can see the categories and tags at the bottom of an individual post.

Am I doing something wrong?
