I have entered into contact forms 7 * [mailpoetsignup mailpoetsignup] Sign Me Up For News * and that shows a tick box and the text “Sign Me Up For News” but i dont know how to auto tick box so users have to opt out or assign to a specific list.. Im not even sure what list that would sign to.
