# Doesn’t work. Poor customer service

 * Their chat feature always pops up saying you can chat, but no one responds. I
   downloaded this and paid the fee for Pro. The only thing that shows on my home
   page is the header and footer. The other features don’t work. I followed step-
   by-step their documentation, and none of it works – our services, features, pricing,
   about us – none of it! I emailed and 2 days later, still no reply. My business
   is not new, so I’m losing business waiting to get a reply from them. I suggest
   finding a theme from a company who’s actually willing to help you. The bad thing
   is their site says free advanced support for paying customers. I paid but did
   not get the proper support.
