are you using an additional plugin or a script in your theme that might be responsible for layouting your form?
There should be no difference in behaviour between desktop and mobile. But some themes and plugins modify a form, but do not trigger the change event on input elements.
A more technical explanation here: https://conditional-fields-cf7.bdwm.be/docs/troubleshooting/groups-are-not-updated-automatically-after-a-value-changes/
No I don’t use anything else on the form part. That’s weird…
Where should I go the fix the script?
Depends, try and disable some plugins and switch themes until it works. Once you know which plugin or theme is responsible for it, you can either come back here or contact the theme/plugin author.
Hello,
I tried to disable all plugins one by one and try the form on my phone each time I disabled a plugin. No change… I also try to switch theme.
Any idea where this come from ? I’m so disappointed it works so well on my computer …
Sorry, I can’t further assist you with this at the moment. I believe there is something wrong with your setup, because nobody else is experiencing problems on mobile. If I had more time I would look into it, but as this is not directly related to a bug in the plugin, but more likely a problem with a third party plugin I won’t be able to assist you just now. Sorry. I would recommend you to have a developer look into it. I can recommend codeable.io for this. Good luck!

Hi Jules,
I wonder if this is something to do with pre ios 11 mobile phones, I’ve just noticed this issue on my iphone 5c(It’s stuck on ios 10), my daughters iphone 6s it works perfectly.
I’ve been fixing pre ios 11 flexbox issues on builds, but truthfully I’m not sure the percentage of people using ios 10 warrants this.
Would be great to hear your take on this…
