I’m sorry to to hear you’re running into issues with emails!
While our free version isn’t able to store entries to the site, it does absolutely send out notification emails with entry data.
Based on your description, it sounds like you’re running into email delivery issues. Unfortunately this is a growing issue across the internet — but the good news is that it can be fixed relatively quickly.

While I hope that you decide to continue using our forms, I would strongly recommend that you set up one of these SMTP plugins no matter which forms you choose to move forward with. This is the best way to ensure that your emails deliver reliably.
