    No support forum questions answered by the creator of this plugin ever and the plugin just doesn’t work on the most recent version of WordPress.

    I’d post something in the support forum if the developer was supporting the plugin.

    The file upload field doesn’t display and I can’t even add it again to try because saving a new field doesn’t work since upgrading from WordPress 3.1. (new client site)
