Support » Plugin: Contact Form builder with drag & drop for WordPress - Kali Forms » Doesn’t work, No response to request for help

  • We installed Kali forma, paid for pro, and it’s not working. Sent request for help on April 29th, and it’s May 11th.

Obviously we’re losing business over this and it looks like I am going to have find another forms plug-in.

Customer can fill in the form but not submit.

    Hello Tonya,

I have checked and your help request was answered on the very next day during our working hours. Can you please double check your inbox and see if the reply was received (maybe it was flagged as spam incorrectly and received in your Junk/Spam folder)?

I will post the reply here as well and if you have already performed these steps please reply to the previous support request you submitted and we will help you further with this.

    Hello Tonya,

Do you have any caching plugins enabled on your website? If so, can you please disable them and try again? I checked a form submission and it does throw an error. That error in particular is based on a security check that the form fails to meet.

In most cases this happens in situations where the nonce field holds an expired value ( cached value ) and disabling cache, will restore functionality for the form.

Please let me know and have a very nice day!

I found the message in my junk box. The other major issue is that I have to give Administrator access to the team that uses the form submissions- they have to download the submissions from the site, and we use Microsoft not google sheets, so that option is not great. At any rate, everyone now has Admin access to the site which is crazy. If there is a way to give access to Editor at least, that would help me a lot.

We do have a caching plug in to speed up the site. I have disabled it to see if the form will work. it will most likely slow down the site, though.

I am still looking for alternative form plug-ins if anyone has a recommendation.
