Doesn't work in any way

    Was having massive caching problems that were never resolved a few versions ago but the new version is even more broken:

    1. No option to embed external JS.
    2. Link external CSS rating code doesn’t work – links to a 404.
    3. With embedded CSS stars show but clicking on them doesn’t register any votes – just leaves the loading star spinning.
    4. With Cache Support turned on it never gets past “GD Star Rating Loading…”

    In all instances this is without any other plug-ins active. GD Star Rating just does not work at all any more.
