Doesn’t work from FB outside link

    When I click on the article from Facebook platform on mobile, this plugin doesn’t show comment field. Only title is shown.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    From our side it is working fine, we checked it with two different mobiles. Can you check it with another device?

    How did you check? Direct link works fine, but if you go to some FB page where the article was shared, that is where it happens.

    For example, please try to click on some article from my site (atma.hr) from this FB page – https://www.facebook.com/UdrugaAtma/

    on mobile…

    I guess FB has it’s own way of opening external links. When you click on three dots in the top right / open in Chrome (or some other browser) then in works fine.

    That is some kind of FB browser or something, I don’t know, but that is the default setting.

    We couldn’t find any page with the comments box, did you remove it?

    We should be able to check it alive for finding the reason for this issue. It is not a global issue as we see.

    Yes, I removed it this morning since it looks strange, just the title…

    But ok I have activated it again.

    Hi dear user.

    We checked again the pages from the URL you sent us. Again, everything works fine from our side.

    The issue comes from your device and it is a locale issue, so we can’t check it from our side.

    ok, then I have to uninstall the plugin.

    As I explained the URL works fine but not if you enter it from article that is shared on Facebook.

    We enter the URL from the Facebook article and it works fine for us. As we said, unfortunately, it is a local issue.

    Maybe your Facebook is set up to open links externally?
