@jakesan, Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry for the trouble and are actively working on making our video guides more structured and helpful.
In the meantime, have you had a chance to check our documentation (https://dualcube.com/docs/moowoodle-set-up-guide/#2-toc-title)? It provides a detailed list of all the necessary functions to be set up on the Moodle side, which can often help resolve setup issues more effectively.
That said, since we didn’t receive a support ticket or an email from you, we’ll do our best to assist you right here.
- First, please check whether the test connection is successful in the MooWoodle settings. This confirms that the basic configuration between WordPress and Moodle is working properly.
- Next, if you have purchased a course, make sure the order status is marked as “Completed.” Only completed orders will trigger user enrollment into Moodle courses.
- If users are still not being created or enrolled, we’d need more specific details to help troubleshoot. Could you please share what settings you configured, and where things seem to stop working?
We’d love the opportunity to make this right and help you get the most out of MooWoodle. You can also reach out to us through our Support Forum for more personalized assistance.
Looking forward to your response so we can help further.
Best regards,
The MooWoodle Team
